How can I book online the ferry lines I am interested in?
Online booking for the ferry lines that suit you is easier than ever before through the Minoan Lines website. To begin with, all you have to do is select from the ferry schedules the destinations you are interested in. Then, once you are directed to the page of the destination you have chosen, you will find a detailed list of the available itineraries so that you can choose the one that best suits you. In the next step, you will need to fill in general booking details such as the type of passenger and the type of accommodation you want. Once you have done the price calculation, click on the next button and fill in your personal details. Finally, you will be directed to the payment field where once you have made it you will have completed your booking!
Can I book ferry lines online but get my tickets from an agency?
Yes, this is possible. Once you have chosen among our ferry itineraries the one that suits you and made your reservation, you will have to web-check in with your booking code - and your last name to receive your ferry tickets via email. From your email, you have the option to print your tickets. So for your embarkation, you can either show our ferry staff your tickets from the email or the ones you have in printed form. If you still wish to receive your tickets in physical form without having to do the printing process yourself, you can always come to one of our agencies and with your reservation number you will be able to pick them up quickly and easily!
After I have purchased my tickets, do I have to check in online for the itinerary I have booked?
With Minoan Lines web check-in is available for all domestic routes we serve! Once you have booked the ferry routes you wish to book, you will need to access our web check-in page. At this point, you only need to enter your last name in capital Latin characters and your unique reservation number to complete the web check-in process and receive your tickets for the route you have chosen in an online format!
Is it possible to change my booking for the ferries I have booked?
The option to edit the booking offered by Minoan Lines is exclusively for the conversion of tickets to open and the new booking can only be made through a travel agent. If the ferry itineraries you have booked do not suit you, you have the option to visit our special "Edit Booking" page. There, you will need to fill in all the necessary information of your booking to make your ticket open. For the process of changing the dates, you will need to contact a travel agency and have the basic information with you, such as the booking number and the names of the passengers. During the process of changing dates, you must consider certain restrictions, such as seat availability and available ferry schedules (e.g. limited dates or seats due to seasonality or demand), as well as any additional charges if your new booking involves a higher cost than the original booking.
Is it possible to transport my vehicle exclusively with MINOAN ferry services?
Yes, this is possible as Minoan Lines offers you the possibility to book an unaccompanied vehicle ticket for all our ferry routes! So, if you need to transport your vehicle exclusively to one of the destinations served by Minoan Lines, you have come to the right place. Please note that to book tickets for unaccompanied vehicles, you will need to contact a travel agent as the option is not available online.
What do I need to do to book tickets for an unaccompanied vehicle on your routes?
As we have already mentioned, Minoan Lines ferry routes also serve the transport of unaccompanied vehicles. However, the ticket for your vehicle cannot be booked online: you will have to visit one of Minoan Lines' agencies or one of our partner agencies. There our staff will help you to book your vehicle. In order to make your reservation we will need to know the registration number of the vehicle and its size.

Which gates of Piraeus do I have to go to in order to depart with Minoan Lines ferries?,
The ferry routes currently operated by Minoan Lines are those to Crete. Ferries from Piraeus to Crete depart from Gate E2. It is always a good idea to check your booking information to make sure you arrive at the correct gate in time for your ferry departure.

If I want to change my booking, will there be a financial charge?
If you want to change your travel dates there is no financial charge. Only if the new itinerary you choose has a higher price than the original itinerary, then you will only have to pay the difference. Furthermore, in case you want to upgrade your seats on board, you can do so when you board by informing the reception desk, where you will also have to pay the financial difference due to the upgrade.
With the Minoan Bonus Club will I have other benefits besides those related to the ferry lines?
As we have already mentioned, Minoan Bonus Club benefits are not only limited to discounts on ferry itineraries but also to discounts you can enjoy during your trip. This means that with your points card, you can receive discounts in our ship's restaurants and bars as well as on your purchases in the ship's shops, excluding kiosks. Discounts and benefits in shops and a la carte are valid for domestic lines and not for Adriatic lines. Furthermore, with the Minoan Bonus Club, you have access to preferential prices at partner hotels, restaurants, and other activities.
