With the new Web Check-in service from Minoan Lines you can now issue your tickets, easily and quickly through the Minoan Lines website, before your arrival at the port and start your journey with comfort and more time in your disposition.
How does the new Web Check-in service work?
A necessary condition for Web Check-in is that you have not received a thermal ticket from an agency. If a thermal ticket has been printed for the reservation, web check in is not allowed.
Before the ship's scheduled departure, use Web check-in by following the steps below:
- Press the red button of the Web Check-in processing found on
www.minoan.gr -
Fill in the Reservation Code and Surname (uppercase Latin characters).

Download your ticket in .pdf format, save, print or send the file to your email.
All you have to do afterwards is show your e-ticket with your necessary travel documents (police ID or passport) when you board the ship and… have a good trip!
In case of a change in your itinerary (departure/arrival time, ship, etc.) you can repeat the process and download your updated e-ticket.
