Psarrou is probably the most famous beach of the island –and not without reason- since it attracts the spotlight each year, being the number one choice of the celebrities visiting Mykonos.

Psarrou owes its popularity, lasting from the ’80s to this day, to its pristine waters, golden sand and deluxe amenities, but also to the fact that it is located inside a bay. Thus it is naturally sheltered from the strong winds of the island while its waters are usually warm and calm.

Besides swimming, you can also try a variety of water sport activities or you can take a boat to Platys Gyalos, an equally well-known and much frequented beach.
