Choosing Minoan's Italy Greece ferries, you may be beneficiary for various discounts. That is, for children up to 4 years old, 50% discount to all cabin categories and absolutely free deck passage. For children from 5-12 years old 50% discount to all accommodation categories. When you choose us for your return trip (for Greece destinations, not for Italy Greece ferries) you win 10% discount, as long as the passengers-holders choose of allez/retour (round trip) tickets bearing the same time & date stamp. This discount is also applied to vehicles and motorcycles. This discount is also applied with the offer: 4 persons, 1 Free, but it is not applied to unaccompanied vehicles and motorcycles. Regarding the return trip for Greece / Italy, you receive a 30% discount, valid only for the return leg of the trip, as long as the passengers-holders choose of allez/retour (round trip) tickets bearing the same time & date stamp. The discount is also valid in combining international routes (e.g Ancona / Venice or vice versa).
Minoan Lines also takes care of the students. That's why for domestic routes (not for Italy Greece ferries) we offer 35% discount in passenger and motorbike fares. Beneficiaries are all Greek University students (incl. the Greek Open University) and technical college (TEI) students as well. The discount applies to A4 and AB4 cabin categories and Deck and VIP seats. The presentation of a valid student identity card is required, during ticket issuance as well as during check-in prior to boarding the vessel. Regarding the international routes (Italy / Greece) we offer 20% discount, which applies to A4, AB4 cabin categories and deck and VIP seats. For combined trips (International – Domestic, Italy Greece ferries) we offer 10% discount. It concerns passengers on the international route (Italy - Greece) who continue their trip on domestic routes (Greece). The discount is in regard to the domestic trip, as long as the tickets for international and domestic routes bear the same time & date of issue. This discount applies to all domestic routes and is valid till 31/12/2007.
Finally for families we offer for domestic Routes: 4 persons, 1 free ticket. Terms: on domestic routes, a family discount is offered for 4-berth cabins, valid only for families travelling with 4 members. In this case, one member travels completely free of charge, 2 tickets out of the 4 must be issued at full fare (not valid for daily routes and on the condition that at least two tickets are full-priced and all four people travel). The free ticket is provided to the ticket of the lowest fare. Not valid for the summer midday itineraries on the Heraklion - Piraeus – Heraklion route. Partial cancellation of tickets is not allowed.
