The conference Center of each ferry has a total capacity of 300 people. It is equipped with comfortable, anatomical seats with side table, placed in such a way that allows constant visual contact to the panel of speakers.

Additionally, the center has a fully equipped audiovisual system, comprising of:
- 2 TVs 43" (left/right)
- 1 TV 62" (center)
- 3 microphones + 1 wireless microphone
- 100 wireless headphones
- 1 PC connected to TV.
- DVD player.
- Audio system bose
Technical support is also provided throughout the conference.
